Dr. Verbertha Tillis, who proudly serves as a National Evangelist, comes from the vibrant community of Selma, Alabama. She completed her high school education at Dallas County High School, located in Plantersville, Alabama, and later took her academic journey to new heights by studying at Big Ben College in Berlin, Germany, along with several other esteemed institutions. On the significant date of February 6, 2008, Dr. Tillis achieved a remarkable milestone by earning both her Doctorate of Ministry and Doctorate of Divinity. This humble and servant of God has been honored with a plethora of certificates and awards, recognizing her outstanding achievements in the realms of academia ministry, and she truly embodies the Spirit of Excellence in all her endeavors. In her role as the national officer responsible for overseeing the Evangelist Department within the renowned organization, the House of God Saints Christ, Inc., Evangelist Tillis has established herself as a spiritual mother and mentor to countless around the world. Her commitment to her calling drives her to actively sponsor a variety of impactful crusades, seminars, and workshops on a global scale, all of which are fueled by her profound passion for spreading the gospel of Jesus and her unwavering love for God’s people.
